These Terms & Conditions constitute the legally binding agreement between you and we998 governing your use of our online casino and sports betting platform. By registering an account or accessing any we998 service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in their entirety.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use we998. Age is verified via CNIC during mandatory KYC. Accounts found to belong to under-21 players are closed immediately with no bonus credit disbursed.
Every Pakistani player may hold exactly one we998 account. Creating multiple accounts (multi-accounting) is a material breach of these Terms and results in permanent closure of all linked accounts with forfeiture of all balances and bonus winnings.
All transactions on we998 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Minimum deposit is Rs 100. Withdrawal requests to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are processed within 60 seconds of approval, subject to standard KYC completion.
All bonus credit awarded by we998 is subject to wagering requirements, minimum odds, and time limits specified in the applicable promotion terms. Bonus abuse — including but not limited to arbitrage betting and multi-accounting — results in bonus forfeiture and possible account closure.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your we998 login credentials. we998 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access caused by your failure to secure your account details. Enable two-factor authentication for maximum protection.
we998 provides deposit limits, session timers, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion. Players experiencing gambling-related difficulties are encouraged to use these tools. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context otherwise requires:
References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Clause headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
2.1 These Terms & Conditions, together with the we998 Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between the Player and we998 in respect of the Player's use of the Platform.
2.2 By completing the we998 account registration process, clicking "I Accept" or any equivalent acknowledgement, logging into an existing Account, or placing any bet or wager on the Platform, the Player conclusively accepts these Terms in their current version.
2.3 We998 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to Players via email or in-Platform notification. Continued use of the Platform following notification of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
2.4 If a Player does not agree to these Terms or any amendment thereto, they must immediately cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting we998 customer support.
To register and maintain a we998 Account, a Player must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times during which the Account is active:
To create a we998 Account, a Player must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information including full legal name, Pakistani CNIC number, date of birth, valid email address, and Pakistani mobile telephone number. We998 reserves the right to reject any registration application without providing reasons.
Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one registered Account on the Platform. If we998 discovers that a Player holds or has held more than one Account — whether registered under the same or different personal details, email addresses, or payment methods — we998 may close all duplicate Accounts, forfeit all Bonus Credit and associated winnings, and in cases of deliberate circumvention, permanently ban the Player from the Platform.
Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account login credentials. We998 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on all Accounts. We998 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to an Account resulting from the Player's failure to secure their credentials. Any suspected unauthorised access must be reported to we998 support immediately.
4.1 We998 is required to verify the identity and age of all Players prior to permitting withdrawals and in connection with ongoing anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. All we998 Players must complete KYC verification by submitting a clear photograph or scan of their valid CNIC (front and back).
4.2 We998 may additionally request proof of address, source of funds documentation, or other supporting documents at any time in connection with AML compliance, where there is a material change in Player behaviour, or in connection with a withdrawal request exceeding applicable thresholds.
4.3 We998 reserves the right to suspend a Player Account and freeze all associated funds pending completion of KYC verification at any time. Funds held in suspended Accounts remain subject to standard AML investigation procedures.
4.4 Where KYC documents provided by a Player are found to be fraudulent, altered, or belonging to a third party, we998 will permanently close the Account, forfeit all associated balances, and report the matter to relevant authorities.
4.5 By submitting KYC documents, the Player consents to we998 processing this personal data in accordance with the we998 Privacy Policy for the purposes of identity verification, age confirmation, and AML compliance.
We998 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast instant bank transfer, and direct bank transfer through HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100. Deposits are credited to the Player's Account balance in real time upon confirmed receipt.
We998 does not accept third-party deposits. The payment method used for deposit must be registered in the Player's own name. Deposits made from third-party payment methods will be returned to the originating method and the Account may be reviewed.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, in PKR, to the Player's verified account. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. We998 targets processing of approved withdrawal requests within 60 seconds for JazzCash and EasyPaisa, and within 15–30 minutes for bank transfers, though processing times may vary due to circumstances outside we998's control.
Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. We998 reserves the right to conduct additional security or AML checks prior to processing any withdrawal, which may result in temporary delays. Players will be notified of any such reviews.
We998 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. All transactions are conducted in PKR with no currency conversion. Third-party payment processors may apply their own fees, for which we998 accepts no responsibility.
6.1 We998 may from time to time offer Bonus Credit, free spins, cashback, and other promotional benefits to Players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion in addition to these general Terms.
6.2 Wagering Requirements: Bonus Credit awarded to a Player Account is subject to a wagering requirement before it can be converted to withdrawable Real Money Balance. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds, and time limits are specified in the relevant promotion's terms. Players should review these carefully before accepting any bonus.
6.3 Bonus Abuse: We998 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings, and to close any Account, where the Company determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Conduct constituting bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once; placing opposing bets to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome (arbitrage); and systematic exploitation of bonus terms in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play.
6.4 We998 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Players who have already claimed a bonus at the time of modification retain their existing bonus subject to the terms under which it was originally awarded, unless the modification is required by law.
6.5 Bonus Credit cannot be transferred between Accounts, sold, or exchanged. Bonus winnings are credited as Real Money Balance only upon satisfaction of all applicable wagering requirements.
7.1 All games available on the we998 Platform are provided by licensed third-party game studios and operate on random number generators (RNGs) certified by independent testing laboratories. We998 does not control individual game outcomes. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages represent the theoretical long-run payout percentage, not guaranteed individual session returns.
7.2 Each game on the Platform is subject to its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with these rules before play.
7.3 We998 reserves the right to void any bet or wager that is placed: (a) as a result of a technical error or system malfunction; (b) in breach of these Terms; (c) using funds derived from fraudulent deposits; (d) in connection with match-fixing, corruption, or any criminal offence. Voided bets result in the return of the wagered stake.
7.4 In the event of a discrepancy between the game result displayed on the Player's device and that recorded on we998 server logs, the server log result shall prevail. We998's decision in the resolution of any disputed result is final, subject to the Player's right to raise a formal complaint as set out in the applicable dispute resolution procedure.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the we998 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all Account balances, and reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities:
9.1 We998 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment and carries inherent financial risk. We998 urges all Players to gamble responsibly and only with funds they can afford to lose.
9.2 We998 provides the following Responsible Gaming Tools to all Players, accessible from the Account Settings section of the Platform:
9.3 We998 may unilaterally impose Responsible Gaming Tool restrictions on any Account where the Company has reasonable grounds to believe the Player may be experiencing gambling-related harm. This includes cases where a Player requests such measures verbally through customer support.
9.4 We998 strictly enforces its 21+ age policy. Any Player who has reason to believe that a minor may be accessing their Account is required to contact we998 support immediately and change their Account password.
10.1 We998 reserves the right to suspend or close a Player Account at any time and without prior notice where we998 determines that the Player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent conduct, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.
10.2 Upon closure of an Account for any reason other than confirmed fraud or criminal activity, we998 will return the verified Real Money Balance (excluding non-qualifying Bonus Credit) to the Player via the registered payment method, subject to completion of applicable AML checks.
10.3 A Player may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting we998 customer support. Account closure requests are processed within five business days. Any open bets at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with standard settlement rules.
10.4 We998 maintains the right to close dormant Accounts — defined as Accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of twelve months — following notice to the registered email address. Any Real Money Balance in a dormant Account will be returned to the registered payment method before closure.
11.1 All content on the we998 Platform — including but not limited to the we998 name and logo, website design, software, game graphics, text, images, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of we998 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
11.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, modify, distribute, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of we998.
12.1 The we998 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We998 makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for any particular purpose of the Platform.
12.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we998's aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.3 We998 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the Player's use of the Platform.
12.4 We998 shall not be liable for service interruptions, delays, or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to network outages, telecommunications failures, government action, natural disasters, or acts of third-party payment providers.
13.1 We998's collection, use, storage, and processing of Player personal data is governed by the we998 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, Players acknowledge they have read and understood the Privacy Policy.
13.2 We998 processes Player personal data for the purposes of Account management, identity verification, AML compliance, customer support, responsible gaming monitoring, and marketing communications (where applicable consent has been provided). We998 does not sell Player personal data to third parties.
13.3 Players may exercise their data rights — including the right to access, correct, restrict, or delete their personal data — by contacting we998 data support. Note that certain retention obligations under AML and gaming regulations may limit the exercise of deletion rights.
14.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we998 is licensed to operate, without regard to conflict of law principles.
14.2 Complaint Process: Any Player wishing to raise a complaint regarding the Platform or these Terms must first contact we998 customer support in writing, providing full details of the complaint. We998 will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve the complaint within 14 business days.
14.3 Where a complaint cannot be resolved through the we998 internal process to the Player's satisfaction, the Player may refer the matter to the independent dispute resolution body specified in we998's gaming licence documentation.
14.4 The parties agree that any dispute not resolved through the above processes shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration rules. Class actions and representative proceedings are excluded.
15.1 We998 may amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The current version of the Terms is always available on the we998 Platform at we998.org/terms-conditions. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account no less than seven days prior to the amendment taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory directive.
15.2 Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not accept the revised Terms must cease using the Platform and contact we998 to close their Account.
